Mandatory Team Check-In/Registration
Friday, July 6, 2011, 5-7pm, location TBD.
Exceptions made for out-of-town teams delayed due to travel emergencies. Failure to check in may result in disqualification from the tournament. Games not played will be classified as "Forfeits and Byes."

- Birth Certificate
*Teams traveling will need to provide travel papers from your State Association unless traveling with US Club cards.
Please encourage your teams to attend the 3rd Annual Kick-off Jam featuring a Charity Exhibition Game where youth coaches compete for a cause.
